I’ve been making the roasted garlic mashed potatoes from YRR ever since I got my copy, and they are a huge hit with my (non vegan) family.

Thanks for linking to that pecan pie recipe; I’ve never found one without corn syrup that tasted delicious. I’ll have to try it.
