		<description>This was our first ever attempt at black eyed beans at New Year, as it&#039;s not something that&#039;s really done here. They were really great though, and so easy that we wont be waiting for next year to make them again! The only thing I might do differently next time is replace or sub some of the onion for celery as I love the combination of beans and celery. Thanks for this, it was a great start to our year.</description>
